DISC SCREENS

OKAY Disc Screens automatically separate larger materials from smaller items using a series of shaft-mounted discs. The discs impart a wavelike action into the material stream, liberating the materials from each other.

The oversize is conveyed forward while the smaller objects fall through the screen opening.

The unique disc configuration provides variable sizes to ensure fine tuning for the screen with changing material streams.  The end result: separated material streams with minimal onward clean-up.
