Flip Flop Screens

FLIP FLOP SCREENS

OKAY Flip Flop Screens sort sticky materials that would otherwise clog more conventional screening decks.  On a flip flop, the screen deck is made from rubber or plastic perforated matting which is pulled and released continuously to flip the material upon it into the air repeatedly so that it cannot stick.

When the material flops down and lands, the fines fall through the holes in the matting before the process is repeated.  With the decking set at a sloping angle, the material reaches the end of the machine in two streams, as requested.
