SERVICING

Our servicing options are simple, convenient and immediately available.  We protect your equipment to the highest standard of care but make sure that that care is tailored to your exact needs and your budget by offering you two highly flexible schemes – Service Agreements or Fixed Price Servicing (see below)

Whether your equipment runs a single shift or 24-hours a day, we have the servicing solution for you.  We would recommend the following level of servicing for your machines:

  • Up to  8  hours operation (per 24 hours) – 3 services a year
  • Up to 16 hours operation (per 24 hours) – 4 services a year
  • Up to 24 hours operation (per 24 hours) – 6 services a year

At OKAY, our serving team safeguard that superior performance and safety through the flexible servicing options we offer to customers.

DIAGNOSTIC REPORT

And, we won’t just service your equipment for you; our engineers will issue you with a report on the day of the service, a copy of which is returned to our technical department at OKAY who then analyse it and send you a typed diagnostic report for each machine a week or two after the service.  This diagnostic report provides you with the machines’ service history and keeps you advised of any repair work required.

Our team of Service Engineers operate around the clock so that we suit your downtime schedule by providing you with 24-hour servicing.

REPAIRS

 

Where site repair of damaged or malfunctioning equipment is either not possible or not immediately required, then our factory based repair service will take over.

Written estimates of repair costs are always provided before such work is instigated.

24 HOUR EMERGENCY BREAKDOWNS AND CALLOUTS

If you experience a problem with your equipment you can rely on our emergency callout service.

We will arrange for an engineer to attend your site to investigate, advise and, where necessary, repair damaged or malfunctioning equipment to get your system operational again as soon as possible.

OKAY provides 24-hour care as part of many of its servicing options. 

SPARE PARTS

 

OKAY Service Engineers carry spares for popular ranges of our equipment. However, due to the specialist nature of most installations and because downtime costs are high, we also recommend an on-site spares holding of specialist parts.

A list of these parts can be found in the Operating and Maintenance Manuals supplied with OKAY Equipment.

FIXED SERVICE PRICE

This option is based upon an all-inclusive price for an individual service.  This price is held for you for a 12-month period to help you plan your budget. You simply pay for quality servicing, as you require it.

  • Price includes all servicing labour and travel costs
  • All-inclusive price is held for 12 months to help you plan your budget

  • Service visits to suit your schedule (24/7 hours available).
  • Free on site replacement of damaged or missing smaller parts such as end caps, fasteners etc.
  • All OKAY engineers hold the “Passport to Safety” qualification for full Health and Safety awareness at your site.
  • Regular servicing minimises risk of downtime
  • Regular servicing extends length of equipment life / reduction in capital expenditure
  • Regular servicing improves equipment performance

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This option is based upon periodic services that you predetermine to meet your schedule. The agreement lasts for the duration of your choosing and you fix the number of visits included within the agreement.

Benefits

  • Equipment maintenance can be easily planned throughout the duration of the agreement.
  • Where required, the agreement covers 24 hour working to co-ordinate with whole plant shutdowns where other systems integrate or operate alongside O.Kay machines.
  • A 10% discount on any spare parts ordered during your O.Kay Service Contract.
  • Priority assistance guarantee if you require our Emergency or Standard Callout Service
  • We contact you in advance of each service to arrange the service at the best time for you.
  • All servicing labour and travel costs are included within the agreement.
  • The agreement lasts for the duration of your choosing.
  • You fix the number of visits included within the agreement.
  • Free on site replacement of damaged or missing smaller parts such as end caps, fasteners etc.
  • Minimised risk of downtime through regular servicing.
  • Extended length of equipment life / reduction in capital expenditure.
