Change of Ownership at OKLM
O.Kay Engineering Services Ltd and the L&M Group wish to announce a change in the ownership of their joint venture company OKLM Recycling Technology Ltd. O.Kay Engineering Services has sold its 50% interest in OKLM to Sutco Recycling Technik GmbH & Co. KG (an L&M Group company) thus giving the L&M Group 100% ownership of the OKLM company.
This arrangement, which is entirely amicable and has the full agreement of both sets of shareholders, will enable O.Kay to concentrate on providing a range of high-quality medium-sized plants whilst Sutco, through their ownership of OKLM, will concentrate on large-scale projects in the UK.
Both O.Kay and Sutco each have more than 25 years' experience in the provision of recycling and waste treatment projects and during this time each has built an enviable reputation for quality and reliability.
The change of ownership became effective on 11 February 2011.
